- Where does the data come from?
- OpenStreetMap, through the public Nominatim and Overpass services. It is open data under the ODbL licence. We do not read Google Maps.
- Why are some phone numbers or websites missing?
- Volunteers and businesses enter the data. Many entries have a name and a place but no phone. Rows with the most details are listed first.
- Do rows expire?
- No. A pack of rows stays valid until you use it. The monthly plan resets its 10,000 row allowance each calendar month.
- What happens to my rows if I clear my cookies?
- Your purchase page shows a restore code that starts with MD-. Paste it into the restore box under the search and your rows come back.
- How does the email finder work?
- It opens the business's own homepage, checks robots.txt first, waits at most 5 seconds, and reads any public contact address on that domain. It does not visit other sites.
- Can I resell the data?
- You can use it in your own work. The ODbL licence requires credit to OpenStreetMap contributors and share-alike for databases you publish. Read the terms page.
- How do I cancel the monthly plan?
- Stripe sends a receipt with a manage subscription link. Cancel there and you keep access to the end of the paid month.
