The CSV has twelve columns: name, category, address, city, postcode, phone, website, email, opening hours, latitude, longitude and a link back to the OpenStreetMap entry. Cells that start with an equals sign or similar are escaped so a spreadsheet cannot run them as formulas.
OpenStreetMap's licence asks for credit, so the last line of every export reads Data (c) OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL. Keep that line if you share the file. If you load the file into another tool, delete that last row first.
The free tier exports up to 20 rows per search as CSV. Paid plans add XLSX, a copy button that pastes straight into Google Sheets, and up to 1,000, 5,000 or 10,000 rows depending on the plan.
In three steps
